macOS blocks apps from reading a handful of protected locations (Mail, Safari data, other apps' containers, Time Machine snapshots) unless Full Disk Access is granted. Massive Disk still scans everything else without it. To grant it: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Full Disk Access, add Massive Disk, and enable the toggle. The app's sidebar shows your current status and can open this pane for you directly.
Massive Disk is signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple, so it should open normally. If macOS still shows a warning, confirm you downloaded the DMG from this website and not a mirror, then try Control-click → Open on the app the first time you launch it.
Pro subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat. Cancel any time via the link in your receipt email or the RevenueCat customer portal — see Manage subscription. For a refund request within 14 days of being charged, email us with your account ID.
Install Massive Disk on the new Mac. If you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your subscription is usually detected automatically. Otherwise, open Settings inside the app and enter your account ID — the MD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX code shown after your original purchase — to restore it manually.
Still stuck? Email support@massivedynamicscanada.com with your account ID (if you have one) and a description of what's happening — we read every message.
