The app

Massive Disk is provided by Massive Dynamics Canada as a native macOS application. The free tier is free to use indefinitely; the Pro tier is a paid subscription described below.

Pro subscription

• Massive Disk Pro costs $20 USD per year, billed annually via Stripe. There is no free trial — you're charged when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Subscriptions are purchased from inside the Massive Disk app: tapping Subscribe opens checkout, and Pro unlocks automatically the moment payment completes. Billing and receipts are handled by RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider, with Stripe as the payment processor.
• One subscription covers every Mac you use: your account ID (shown after purchase) restores Pro on another Mac without paying again.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time — there's no minimum term. Use the link in your receipt email or the RevenueCat customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds for periods already billed once more than 14 days have passed since that charge, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Within 14 days of a charge, contact support and we'll make it right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
